We'll schedule a visit to the home to evaluate the contents and determine if it's a good fit for our estate sale services. During the consultation, we'll discuss expectations, identify valuable antiques and collectibles, and develop a plan tailored to your needs.
Step 3
Prepare & Stage
Once everything is in place, our team gets to work. We organize and stage the home, carefully display the contents, research and price each item, and professionally photograph the sale. We then market the event through EstateSales.net, social media, our website, and our network of loyal customers to attract the right buyers.
Step 4
Host the Sale & Finalize
Your estate sale is typically held over two or three days, with our experienced team managing every aspect of the event. After the sale, we'll provide a detailed accounting and complete the process according to your wishes, whether that means a full clean-out of the home or simply leaving the remaining contents for the family to handle.

Not at all! We ask that you leave everything just as it is. Our team will sort, organize, research, price, and professionally display the contents of the home. This allows us to accurately evaluate the estate and prepare it for a successful sale. We can't sell an item if it has been thrown out.
